Features
Gym rubber is a durable and flexible closed-cell foam with a medium feel and medium firmness. Its high density allows it to be used for exercise matting, kneeling cushions, and camping pads, while remaining soft to the touch for comfort. It can be used to dampen noise and vibrations in automotive and industrial capacities as well. It is easy to cut, water-resistant, very resistant to fuel and oil, and practical for outdoor and marine applications. Gym rubber’s official name is Armacell's Ensolite IG2, and its technical name is Polyvinyl Chloride / Neoprene (Chlorinated Rubber) / Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (PVC/CR/NBR). Made in the USA.

NOTE: The 1-1/4" thick sheets have skins on both sides. The 1/2", 3/4", and 1" have a skin only on one side. The 1/4" thick sheets may or may not have skin on one side. The 1/8" does not have a skin on either side.

NOTE: Standard sheets of foam are cut slightly larger than the listed size to compensate for shrinkage during packaging, transit, and delivery. Sheets may contain rough edges.
NOTE: This foam is not designed to be used as flooring for vigorous activity and similar uses. Please test this material for use in your particular application to determine individual suitability.
